We weren’t looking to sell our home of over 30 years, but fate had other plans. Bob and Dave were extremely helpful. They stepped in and assisted in the pre sale list of “to dos” and were always readily available to answer any and all questions. It was a very easy transition.
This was our first new construction, so we were a bit apprehensive. We looked at other builders but found DDK to have superior craftsmanship and quality options and were also willing to work with us as we required some customized changes to the floor plan.Through no fault of theirs, we had a couple of delays, but the closing went smoothly and we are happy with one level living! The lots are unique and offer the feeling of country living in the city.
The crew and assorted contractors were also very respectful and accommodating to questions and special requests. We would highly recommend DDK Realty and Construction!
